We provide monitoring, evaluation, strategic planning, and capacity building services to advance development effectiveness Position Description: SI is seeking a full-time, long-term Democracy, Stabilization, and Governance (DSG) Evaluation Lead who will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, and management of the DO1 Monitoring System (DO1MS) and three evaluations conducted under the DO1MS for USAID/Somalia. This position will be based in Nairobi, Kenya. The DG Evaluation Lead will serve as a core team member of the ELMI team on a full-time basis throughout the five-year period of performance.
