Job Summary:


The Real Estate and Local Facilities Coordinator's main responsibility is to manage and support various local real estate facility-related assignments which will include sustainability projects, coordinating maintenance support, refurbishments, and other tasks in alignment with the business' long-term plan. 

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:


To perform this role successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, following defined standards and guidelines. These duties include, but are not limited to:


Define, develop and conduct a long term maintenance plan, ensure implementation and follow-up according to the business' plan.

Manage and support maintenance, sustainability assignments and related facility activities in the Business Unit.  

Coordinate and ensure implementation of sustainability and energy efficiency measures in respective facilities in order to contribute to the overall Scania CO2 Emissions Reduction and Responsible Business targets.

Collect data, verify and store information and data, coordinate and report results and deviations from processes, standards and plans and ensure follow up.

Continuously challenge, develop and improve ways of working, processes, methods etc. related to facility management.

Perform reviews and visits within the area of responsibility.

Required Qualifications and Experience:


Educational background in a relevant field

Work experience in similar roles

At least 5 years’ experience in project management

Engineering knowledge will be an added advantage

Strong leadership, planning and organizing skills
